Ms. Ma is a Chinese-registered patent attorney, graduated from Dalian Nationalities University and Beijing Institute of Technology in succession with a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering.?? Ms. Ma is expert in patent application, response to office action, patent reexamination, invalidation, administrative litigation and analysis of patent infringements, covering the fields of Mechanical Manufacture, Automation, Electro-Mechanics, Vehicle-Engineering and Appearance Design. From 2008 onward, Ms. Ma has been dedicating in intellectual property industry, having a deep understanding of Chinese intellectual property law and gathering plenty of experiences related to patent matters through a great many practical works, especially composing a large number of patent applications in Chinese and English.
